At the Quality Inn Halifax Airport Hotel, we want you to have the wedding reception you’ve always dreamed of.

Our experienced staff will work with you to ensure that every detail has been taken care of—from decorations to dessert—so you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your special day.

• Audio/Visual Equipment-Audio/visual equipment may be rented through our catering department. Flipcharts (2 per meeting room) are provided free of charge in the meeting rooms.
• Menu Selection-The enclosed menus feature our most popular items. These are suggestions only. We have the flexibility to design menus to suit your requirements. Due to Provincial Health Regulations, all food service in our function rooms have to be provided by the hotel. All prices quoted in the enclosed menus are current and although we endeavor to maintain consistency, they are subject to change within 60 days without notice.
• Guarantees-Please confirm the numbers of guests to be served 30 days prior to the function. This guarantee is the number of meals that you will be charged.
• Payment/Credit Policy-If you or your company does not already have an account with us, please establish one with our accounting department 30 days in advance of your function. Our credit policy is full payment within 30 days of date of invoice. Social function payments are required prior to or on the day of the function.
• Meeting Room Cancellations-Unless otherwise arranged with our catering department, room rental will be charged if cancellation is less than 96 hours prior to the function and the room cannot be resold.
• Social Functions and Wedding Cancellations-A $500 deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to the function and the room cannot be resold for an equivalent function.
• Dances/Music-A referral is available for DJ. We are required to collect a copyright fee, depending on group size, plus tax, which is submitted to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN).
• Cake Services-We are pleased to offer cake cutting services. Cost of cutting your special cake is $50.00. We can also serve the cake for you at a cost of $75.00.
