Buffet Service

This is our most popular buffet menu. Included are: staff, setup of supplies, all cutleries, dishes, linens, buffet service, cleanup and consultation. We supply four staff per hundred guests and give 30 minutes grace time for lateness.
Customer responsible for own decorations.

$24.95 per person based on 100 people or more. If less than 100 people $29.95.

Hors D’oeuvres

Served as your guests arrive, works great if you are getting photos done or running behind.

Vegetables & Dip

Our tray is packed with crisp carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper, celery, English cucumbers, and yellow zucchini all served with a cream cheese based garden dip

Fresh Fruit Medley

We start our creation with a juicy pineapple and add honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, star- fruit and papaya. This attractive display is set up multi-level and is the centerpiece of your Hors D’oeuvre table.

Cheese & Crackers

A selection of local and international cheeses including medium cheddar, Swiss, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, spiced Havarti, Sage Derby and Jalapeno Jack. *These cheese are the tip of the iceberg, we generally ask our supplier what is available so expect to see things such as smoked apple wood, aged Guinness, blueberry cheeses and more!

Fresh Baked Rolls and assorted breads

Our classic soft white oven baked dinner roll and a selection of baguettes and bread sticks with butter and becel.

Substitutions:

To add a second entrée to the buffet, add $2.50 per person.

Choice of 1 Salad

  • ***Organic Chef’s Salad
    A blend of organic greens with all the traditional fixings. Served with Sun dried tomato pesto, mandarin kiwi, and creamy garden vegetable dressing (or the dressing of your choice).
  • Greek
    Feta, Kalamata black olives, red onions, and crisp Romaine in a traditional Greek dressing.
  • Caesar Salad
    Crisp Romaine lettuce topped with all the traditional fixings.

Choice of 1 Main Course

  • ***Roast Beef
    We cook our roast beef to perfection (140 degrees Celsius considered medium) and carve it on site. We supply au jus, horseradish and condiments.
  • Brandy Ham
    Tender juicy brandy soaked ham, slow roasted and carved on site. Accompanied by sweet, Dijon or regular mustard.
  • Traditional Turkey
  • Szechwan Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ Roast Chicken
  • Whole Roast Salmon in Maple Raisin Sauce

  • Thai Curry Chicken
    Sweet coconut milk with a hint of basil and plenty of bok choy make this dish unique to your guests. (Not a spicy dish at all).
