This is our most popular buffet menu. Included are: staff, setup of supplies, all cutleries, dishes, linens, buffet service, cleanup and consultation. We supply four staff per hundred guests and give 30 minutes grace time for lateness. Customer responsible for own decorations. |

Fresh Fruit Medley |
We start our creation with a juicy pineapple and add honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, star- fruit and papaya. This attractive display is set up multi-level and is the centerpiece of your Hors D’oeuvre table. |
Cheese & Crackers |
A selection of local and international cheeses including medium cheddar, Swiss, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, spiced Havarti, Sage Derby and Jalapeno Jack. *These cheese are the tip of the iceberg, we generally ask our supplier what is available so expect to see things such as smoked apple wood, aged Guinness, blueberry cheeses and more! |
Fresh Baked Rolls and assorted breads |
Our classic soft white oven baked dinner roll and a selection of baguettes and bread sticks with butter and Becel. |

We cook our roast beef to perfection (140 degrees Celsius considered medium) and carve it on site. We supply au jus, horseradish and condiments. |
